On the back of the success of our last venture we have another exciting Boot Camp day planned for you.

Our boot camp will be held in the beautiful surroundings of the High Peak district in Cheshire, with a hike into the historic grounds of Lyme Park as part of the duration cardio section of the camp.

We will look after you all day making sure that you work to your maximum potential. We have healthy snacks, nutrition drinks and advice throughout the day on living a healthier lifestyle.
