Triangle Health & Fitness Club Leeds is set on the outskirts of the city of Leeds in the Garforth area alongside the Holiday Inn Leeds-Garforth hotel. A small, intimate venue Triangle Health & Fitness Club Leeds offers a warm, friendly, informal atmosphere you don’t often find at some of the larger health & fitness clubs - with us you can work out or just simply rest and relax!
Triangle Health & Fitness Club Leeds has a fully equipped gym with cardiovascular and resistance equipment which is run by qualified instructors who are on hand to assist and develop a personal training plan to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. There are also a range of classes available, such as pilates, body tone and aqua aerobics
For your relaxation our wet area comprises a 9-metre swimming pool, a fantastic sauna with fibre optic lights that aid relaxation and a eucalyptus scented steam room.
