At Triangle Health & Fitness we believe personal training is not just reserved for the rich and famous, we want you to achieve your fitness goals and as such our members can opt to book 1:1 personal training sessions.

It is not military style training where you work out until you pass out, whether you are training for your next marathon or simply needing that extra boost to achieve your fitness goals our Personal Trainers will work with you to devise a plan that is relevant to your aspirations and most importantly your current fitness levels.
